What are we trying to say with the pots we make? Why do we do it? I believe pots add profound meaning to life and provide a path toward empathy and understanding. Through making pots we tap into human needs, explore who we are, define what we love, and learn how to put intention into what we make. In this workshop we will work to unearth how we can get closer to making the pots we want to make through readings, discussion, demonstration, and finding textures that speak to our own history.
