CERALDI offers a seven course, prix fixe, waterfront culinary experience at the intimate 45-seat space in Wellfleet, Massachusetts, where chef Michael D Ceraldi and team use premium local ingredients to tell the stories of the coastlands of Cape Cod.
The menu, which changes daily, features ingredients that have largely been foraged, farmed or caught just a few miles from our own kitchen. We offer course-by-course pairings of hand-selected, old world wines (house and reserve flights available), as well as a soft flight pairing that showcases the fresh flavors of our region.
They believe in seasonal food that comes from where we live: join us for seven memorable courses rooted in time and place.

The Provincetown Theater is thrilled to partner with the Truro Center for the Arts at Castle Hill in producing this year’s annual Provincetown Dance Festival. Now in its 14th season, the festival will include seven companies, totaling some 20 dancers of various and eclectic styles and disciplines for two performances only: Friday, June 21st and Saturday, June 22nd at 7:30pm at the Provincetown Theater at 238 Bradford Street, Provincetown, MA. The 2019 line-up includes seven dance companies or solo artists who celebrate the broad landscape of today’s national dance scene. Performances will include classical Indian, tap, ballet, hip-hop and contemporary. New at this year’s festival are artists representing the leading edge in contemporary dance.
Truro Center for the Arts at Castle Hill is proud to present an amazing dinner with Master Smoker David Grayson hosts David & Patricia Grayson for the annual “Feast for Herbivores and Carnivores” at the beautiful Pamet Yacht Club. There will be Wellfleet Oysters, Ballston Brisket and Ryder Ribs; with recipes by David Grayson and Mark Bittman himself. Vegetarian guests will enjoy delicious fare by Provincetown-based Cosmos Catering, one of the Cape’s premier caterers.
Tickets are limited to 40 seats for this summer favorite, so advanced reservation is a must.

Mark Bittman is the author of 20 acclaimed books, including the How to Cook Everything series, the award-winning Food Matters, and The New York Times number-one bestseller, VB6: Eat Vegan Before 6:00.
For more than two decades his popular and compelling stories appeared in the Times, where he was ultimately the lead food writer for the Sunday Magazine and became the country’s first food-focused Op-Ed columnist for a major news publication. Bittman has starred in four television series, including Showtime’s Emmy-winning Years of Living Dangerously. He has written for nearly every major newspaper in the United States and many magazines, and has spoken at dozens of universities and conferences; his 2007 TED talk has more than a million views. He was a distinguished fellow at the University of California (Berkeley) and a fellow at the Union of Concerned Scientists; he is a member of the faculty of Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health. Throughout his career Bittman has strived for the same goal: to make the food, in all its aspects, understandable.
David Grayson- When not working on Wall Street, David has been actively barbecuing meats for over 15 years. The typical barbecue master specializes in brisket, ribs, chicken and pork butt. A 14lb. brisket may be smoked for over 12 hours before it is ready to eat. David cooks in a Backwoods "Fat boy" smoker that he had custom built in Shreveport, Louisiana and shipped to Truro. He has attended barbecue schools throughout the United States. He has studied with Ed Roith of the Kansas City Barbecue Society, Paul Kirk who has won over 500 competitions and Johnny Trigg, the "Godfather of Barbecue". David is also a certified barbecue judge and a member of the Kansas City Barbecue Society and the New England Barbecue Society. His meat is shipped from McGonigles Market in Kansas City, Missouri.

Longtime Provincetown multi-media artist, performance artist, writer and activist will take a deep dive into his singular, penetrating work, and his historic exploration of the roots of the American landscape and its mythology. How does an artist, or anyone, tread on the Earth with the cultural, political and environmental stakes at an all time high? What is our narrative with the land? How do we occupy our ground? How do we make a stand?
Jay is a longtime resident of Provincetown and the shifting dunes, landscape and the sea are his palette. He has utilized sand, Christmas trees, fish skins, plastic tampon applicators washed up on beaches, pre-demolition buildings and selected sites in his work. He is a conceptual and multi-media artist, writer and activist whose work has traversed the globe, showing across the US and in Argentina, Japan, England, Spain, France, Holland, Germany and Columbia. Jay recently returned from a two-month residency at the Santa Fe Art Institute. Other residencies include Fundacion Valparaiso, Mojacar, Andalucia, Spain, CAMAC, Marnay-sur-Seine, France, and Harvard University where he also lectured. His movie, Toilet Treatments, won an HBO Award and he recently gave a TEDx Talk: Portrait of the Artist as a Corporation. His 2015 survey show at the Provincetown Art Association &; Museum traveled to Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL. He has received awards from the Boston Society of Architects and the Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum in NYC for his environmental projects. Jay was honored in 2012 by the Massachusetts State Legislature as an artist and founder and director of the Provincetown Community Compact, producer of the Swim for Life, which has raised $6.5M for AIDS and women’s health. He is represented by AMP Gallery in Provincetown.

Join us for our 5th annual Steamroller Print Extravaganza! Watch as giant prints (and other sizes) are created by using a steamroller as the press, and the driveway as a press bed. Create your own prints and bring them with you to have them pressed on site; we’ll provide ink, brayers, paper, and industrial equipment.
Plus! This year we will have a REAL LIVE UNICORN at Edgewood!! Bring the family to come see!
