REGISTRATION
Castle Hill requires full payment of tuition to register for a workshop. Many workshops require an additional materials fee, in which case the fee will be listed in the workshop description. The materials fee is separate from tuition and will be due when billed, but must be in-hand before the first day of class.

WORKSHOP CANCELLATIONS
Castle Hill reserves the right to cancel any class that is under-subscribed and, in such a case, guarantees a full refund of tuition.
If a customer cancels their registration, 80% of the total cost will be refunded if Castle Hill is notified of withdrawal thirty days prior to the start of class. If you cancel your registration less than thirty days before the start of your class, your entire payment will be forfeited.  
Castle Hill is not responsible for refunding travel expenses.

SCHOLARSHIPS & WORK STUDY
Scholarships may be available throughout the year, for more information, please CLICK HERE. Our Work-Study program allows adult students (once accepted into the program) to take a workshop for up to 50% off tuition in exchange for working at Castle Hill. Work-Study assignments include: assistance during events, administrative tasks, landscaping, cleaning, and other tasks as needed. 1.5 hours worked = 1 hour of workshop time. If you fail to complete the requisite work hours you must pay the remaining tuition of the workshop. Work-Study students pay the full materials fee for the workshop, if applicable.

TRANSFERS & CHANGES
If you would like to switch from one Castle Hill workshop to another, a $25 processing fee will be charged. This fee will be waived if the workshop you originally signed up for was cancelled.
