Black Walnut Fiber Dye Party

Did you know that black walnuts can dye wool and other animal fibers a beautiful rich brown? Bring your light-or-white colored yarn and animal-fiber garments to a black walnut dye party! Together we'll prepare fibers for dying, learn how to make a vat of dye, and go through the dyeing process from start to finish over an outdoor fire. Garments will be ready for pick up the following day.
