Instructor: Cheryl Best & Debi Best
April 2
5pm - 8pm
1 Session

India’s population is exposed to a more diversified mix of spices and flavors than perhaps anyone else in the world. Their food is derived from 29 distinct states, each with unique languages, cultures, and cuisine. Cheryl and Debi will share the preparation of a classic Indian meal of dishes such as naan bread, bindi and tikka masala, with flavorful rice. Be sure to arrive hungry and leave with recipes and techniques for creating your own Indian dinner.

Cheryl Best, a retired horticulturist and school administrator and Debi Best, a retired hospital pharmacist, were each smitten with Indian cuisine in the ethnic neighborhoods of NY and NJ. They have been cooking and serving it for over 30 years. This sister team, who recently migrated to Truro, have brought their love of Indian food to the Cape and hope to share it with you.
