REGISTRATION INFORMATION & CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Students may register by mail, phone, web-site or fax and should assume acceptance unless notified otherwise by Castle Hill.

Classes are open to students at any level of expertise unless otherwise specified in course description.

Reasonable accommodation for individuals with disabilities may be provided in studio classes, on request, if it is readily achievable and does not require a fundamental alteration in the nature of the program. Some classes require physical activity or meet upstairs, so please check with us before registering.

OBTAINING ACADEMIC CREDIT
Please notify the registrar at Castle Hill and your academic advisor if you intend to request academic credit for classes taken. An administrative fee of $50 for each class will be added to your registration to cover costs associated with obtaining credit from the Art Institute of Boston at Lesley University. Castle Hill does not provide housing for students but a list of possible accommodations is available upon request.

CANCELLATIONS
Castle Hill reserves the right to cancel any class that is under-subscribed and, in such a case, guarantees a full refund of tuition. Tuition, less 20% of total cost, will be refunded if Castle Hill is notified of withdrawal thirty days prior to the start of class. If you cancel your registration less than thirty days before the start of your class, your entire payment will be forfeited.
